1. General Terms of Use
To use the k44 platform, users must be legal residents of Bangladesh and at least 18 years of age. Each user may only create one account, and it is mandatory to keep all account information fully accurate and up to date. k44 reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account at any time in the event of false information or the creation of multiple accounts. It is the user's own responsibility to keep their account password and login credentials completely confidential. Any suspicious activity or unauthorized access should be reported to us immediately.
Any form of fraud, manipulation, or dishonest conduct on the platform is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, all balances in the associated account may be forfeited and legal action may be taken.
2. Account, Deposit & Withdrawal
To open an account at k44, you must submit accurate personal information and identification documents. Withdrawal privileges may be limited until the verification process is complete. All financial transactions are conducted in BDT and must be completed through approved mobile banking methods. The minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are determined according to the guidelines displayed on the platform. Completing transactions using third-party accounts is strictly prohibited and any such transactions will be deemed void.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 business days. In special circumstances where additional verification is required, this timeframe may be extended. Our customer support team is always ready to assist you with any issues.
3. Bonus & Promotion Terms
Each bonus and promotion offer at k44 has its own specific terms and conditions that must be read carefully before accepting the offer. Bonus funds must meet the designated wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Another bonus cannot be activated while one is already in progress unless it has been specifically authorized. If bonus abuse or attempts to claim bonuses through multiple accounts are detected, the associated benefits will be voided. k44 reserves the right to modify or withdraw bonus offers at any time without prior notice.
If the conditions are not met before a promotion expires, the bonus balance will be automatically forfeited. In the event of any bonus-related dispute, k44's decision shall be considered final.
4. Responsible Gaming & Age Verification

If an unintentional error occurs in a game result due to a technical issue or server outage, k44 reserves the right to void or correct that transaction. In such circumstances, the user's original deposited funds will be refunded.
6. Changes to Terms & Validity
K44 reserves the right to partially or fully amend these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will take effect upon publication and users will be notified on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered as acceptance of the new terms. These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh and any disputes will be settled in Bangladeshi courts. If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in full effect.
